Pros: The 32" height allow my 9"W X 11"D speakers to be correctly elevated above a keyboard and turned inward. The heavy glass and metal construction eliminate tipping concerns. The glass is quite thick. The top is much wider than any other stand I have found and makes for a stable platform. Adhesive squares are included should you want to "tie down" the speakers even more. Having a smoked glass and black metal finish meant not having to worry about matching the wood finish of a typical stand with that of the room. Assembly was a breeze. The stands were very well packed, the contents covered with a plastic film and the hardware organized. Although you don't need extras a wrench is included in each hardware package[...]. Cons: Only one and it is a small one. The washers that elevate the carpet spikes for smooth surfaces are loose. This necessitates having to place the washers on the floor then lower the stand onto them. Lifting the stand and moving the washers around until all four spikes land within their respective washer. A challenge if alone. I enthusiastically recommend these stands and will shop Transdeco first if and when the need arises.
