OmniMount Systems' 50,000-sq. ft., two story high, manufacturing facility is located in Phoenix, Arizona at the scenic Pointe at South Mountain. Expanded manufacturing includes additional CNC machining capabilities, multiple state-of-the-art powder coating stations and increased welding capacity.
We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. PRODUCT IS JUNK. VERY, VERY LOW QUALITY. ONE OF THE NUTS STRIPPED WITHIN 2 MINUTES, ANOTHER PIECE IS BROKEN. EVEN WHEN TIGHT, STAND WILL LEAN. NOW I AM STUCK WITH IT BECAUSE I'M SURE NO ONE WILL SUPPORT IT.

I have thin carpet where I placed the stands and the stand construction is a little flimsey. So when ever they are placed on a little divot or slight bump on the floor they lean a bit too much or sag and are not adjustable without breaking the connection at the base. Even when trying to tighten the base connection they pop apart with out much pressure. If you can assemble them and place them on a completely level floor away from anything else that might show how much they lean (I have them placed next to the TV) they are great for the job they do!

Poorly executed design. Had to replace the original shipment ([...]) and the replacement had the same issues. Threads stripped that hold the the uprights. Of course you can't overtighten because it's a glass base. But still they stripped! Otherwise, they do what they're designed to do.
